Moorhead, MN - According to his website, www.moanjorlan.com - Adam "Skippy" Morlan is prepared to reopen his bar in Moorhead. The bar, formerly known as the I-Beam, will simply be called "Skippys Gay Bar" for it's second run. When contacted by reporters, Morlan said he was "ecstatic to finally have a place to get together with his other gay friends.
